How do I know my MAX 5 paddle is real?
Each paddle includes a built-in NFC chip. Just tap your phone to the paddle, and it will help you register, verify authenticity, and activate your warranty in seconds.

Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order prior, it usually ships within two to three business days. Once shipped, an email with a link to track your order will be sent.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?
No. Once you have placed your order, it is sent to our warehouse and cannot be changed or refunded. Please ensure all information is correct before you complete your checkout.
How can I trace my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number after your paddle ships. Click on the email link to track your package and be aware of when you can expect it to arrive.
What happens if my order gets lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact MAX 5 Support within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos if there is an issue.

Can I pay with more than one payment method at checkout?
Currently, we only permit a single payment method per order.

What is your refund and returns policy?
The individuals have 30 days from receipt to be able to return your paddle. Your paddle should be in new condition and in the original packaging. After processing the return, we will issue a refund to your card or account within 5-7 business days.

How do I return a product?
Kindly visit our Returns Portal, input your order number and email address, and then follow the instructions that are provided. You will have the ability to download and print a prepaid return label.
Is product return free?
A complimentary return label will be provided only in cases where the received product is damaged or has been previously used.
What will be the requirement for the product to be eligible for a return?
To get back, the item must be brand new and unused, original packaging, accessories, and tags included. Used paddle refunds are not allowed.
Can I exchange my paddle for a different color?
Yes, you can exchange your paddle for a different color. Once you provide the return tracking information, we will promptly ship the replacement in your preferred color.
